Currently Sim4life light comes with the V3 Yoon-sun. The neuro-functionized splines are part of Yoon-sun V4. If you're interested in trying it please contact sim4life support

You can also compute the volume for models newer than V1 (>V1) using the measure tool in the modeler. It computes the volume of the selected tissue accurately, so you could get an estimate how accurate your voxeled volume is at the selected resolution. For v1 models ut may be unreliable because of the way the surfaces were created

this is a duplicate of the question "phantom Yoonsun cViP4.0".

what happens? do you see any error messages in the console? if yes, please send a copy or screenshot.

if you don't have the license for this version of the model, then you would see an error saying something like "Sim4Life could not acquire the license ..."

    Hi Ila,
if the slice is a closed polyline, you should be able to use the 'Cover Loops' tool available in the 'Wire Tools' folder in the top panel to create a filled 2D section. Watch out that when you create a slice of some anatomical entities, such as the white or gray matter, you extract two slices, one for the internal and one for the internal regions. They are collected in only one slice entity, but you can separate them using the boolean operations.

Please let us know if that worked.

    Hi @lglan
Sorry, this is only possible with the shell. Sim4Life does not allow to export the entire model.

As far as I know this is not possible, the best thing you can do is export the E-field and the J-distribution. Then through J=conductivity * E retrieve your conductivity. The same can be done with the permittivity (D = permittivity * E).
    Hopefully this helps.
