How to assign thickness to a spiral/coil/helix wire structure?

Please check attached gif file: select the line object (wire), the click Thicken Wire tool under Modify in the ribbon.

As you might know, you can also model helix with certain thickness as shown in this video:

Thanks for your kind reply. However, I just do not see the "Modify" icon on my toolbar (S4L Student ed.) when I click on some coil (pls, see the enclosed screenshot). I did manage to thicken the loop using the Wire tools (originally created by Sketch>Arc), but wire thickening is neither part of the Wire tools nor does the Modify icon appear in the toolbar when it comes to the selection of a coil.

I see that you are using the old version of Sim4Life's student edition. I suggest to start using the new, online version. You can request an account from this link:

@MSJ the modify button is probably hidden on the top right, if you click the triangle where you see the three dots (...).
